Substitute Teacher.


After years of being a high impact athlete and only approaching yoga for the strengthening benefits, Anna began to search for a more gentle and intuitive way to move that wasn’t focused solely on fitness. Nearly 10 years into her personal practice, Anna learned how to approach yoga in a new way that helped her reconnect with her body and manage chronic pain through gentle and intuitive movement. She became a certified yoga teacher to share that practice.

Anna believes in yoga that is accessible, gentle and grounding. Her teaching style prioritizes mobility and fostering curiosity in our bodies over aerobic exercise. She teaches using permission-based language to remind students that they are the masters of their own bodies, allowing them to settle into their physicality and make the right choices for themselves in every moment.
