Very humbled and honored to be a lead teacher and curator for Tula's Yoga Teacher Training Program, the breath is the guiding force to Rhiannon's practice and teaching style. With a BA in Dance Performance and Choreography from Mills College in Oakland, CA, Rhiannon has always had a deep understanding and appreciation for investigating the mind/body. She is dedicated to accessing new ways to observe how to keep the mind/body strong, fluid, integrated & present.

Using a combination of postures from the traditional Ashtanga many series' and her dance background, Rhiannon's classes offer the opportunity to challenge the mind to quiet down and be present in moment, to support the body through asanas (postures) and to turn your practice into a constant ebb and flow of grace.

All are welcome, for Rhiannon's classes offer a great starting point for beginners and presents numerous variations on each posture for those looking to get a bit more funky. Check out Rhiannon's annual Yoga Retreats and Workshops as well as her many classes at Tula.
