At Tula, yoga begins with inner awareness. Our classes include movement, strength, mobility, and rest, but the deeper practice is learning to listen from within.

Through mindful movement, breath, somatic awareness, meditation, and yoga philosophy, we invite students to pay attention to the felt experience of the body, the rhythm of the breath, the patterns of the mind, and the wisdom of the heart.

This is yoga as a practice of presence, self-study, and connection.
