Group Yoga Classes

Tula Yoga offers group classes that approach yoga as a whole and integrated practice. Our offerings emphasize presence, intention, and relationship to practice rather than performance or exercise alone.

Classes are available in-studio, live-streamed, and on demand. All levels are welcome, and options are always offered so students can practice with care and curiosity.

Yoga Therapy Private Sessions

Yoga Therapy provides a pathway to a more regulated, grounded, and integrated connection between body, mind, and spirit, supported by both ancient wisdom and modern science.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

We are the only yoga studio in Chicago that offers the full MBSR 8-week session - in-person & online, several times per year.

RYS© 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Our training is designed to be a balance of honoring and respecting ancient yoga traditions, while also incorporating the latest scientific insights and addressing contemporary cultural issues and modern practicalities. We aim to help future teachers find their unique and authentic teaching voices. We are Yoga Alliance certified and we offer BIPOC scholarships each year for this uniquely comprehensive training.
