Brenna Cramer
Teaching Schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
Brenna was born and raised in Chicago and first discovered yoga during her freshman year at UW-Madison. She completed her 200 hour training with Yoga Now Chicago in spring 2020. Brenna aims to make yoga and breathwork feel approachable and accessible for all bodies and minds. Her teaching style is calming and caring. Come to class ready to feel energized yet relaxed. Brenna is thankful for finding yoga and for her increased levels of self confidence and peace of mind she has developed over the past nine years practicing. She has experience in teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and Prenatal yoga, and incorporates mindfulness and pranayama into many classes. When she is not on her yoga mat, Brenna enjoys walking and running outside in the fresh air, baking sweets, and taking camping trips in Wisconsin and Michigan. Brenna hopes to see your shining face in class one day soon and for you to leave your mat with your head held high and your shoulders at ease.
