Guided Meditation offered on
Mondays & Wednesdays at 12pm
(donation-based, in-person & virtual)
. This session includes a few minutes of gentle, mindful movement/stretching, followed by a reading or teaching from sacred texts, then a guided meditation practice to help center the mind, remain in the present moment and reconnect to your authentic self.
All are welcome—no prior experience needed.
Registration is required (at least 1 hour before the class start time)
