Satsang/Meditation offered on Mondays & Wednesdays at 12pm
(donation-based, in-person & virtual, beginning in
January 2025)
Satsang is a Sanskrit term that translates to "gathering for truth" or "being in the company of truth." It traditionally refers to a gathering of people who come together to engage in spiritual discussion, reflection, or practice.
Join us for a 30-minute satsang, a gathering to explore truth, connection, and inner peace. This session includes a brief guided meditation to center the mind, some mindful movement of the body, followed by a reading or teaching from sacred texts or spiritual philosophy. We'll reflect together through discussion or journaling, then raise our voices in group mantra, chanting or silent contemplation. Whether you’re seeking clarity, inspiration, or simply a moment of stillness, this satsang offers a supportive space to reconnect with your authentic self and the wisdom of the collective.
All are welcome—no prior experience needed.
Registration is required
