2025 Annual Donation Weekend!
Saturday and Sunday, May 3 & 4
Every year, when our 200-hour yoga teacher trainees graduate, we hold an all-donation weekend. This gives our new graduates a chance to hold a real public class, get some feedback and raise money for a good cause! All proceeds (minus credit card processing fees) from this weekend’s classes will benefit Logan Square Mutual Aid.
We would love your support for this weekend! Meet the new graduates below and sign up for a class! 🙏💜
Alexi Siegel
Hatha on Sunday, May 4 at 9am.
Alexi has been practicing yoga ever since her mom took her to her first class at the YMCA and she thought “Why are we holding everything for so long?” After completing her 200-hour Teacher Training at Tula Yoga Studio, Alexi feels like she finally has the answer to her question. Practicing a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga, she loves to explore the self-awareness that yoga cultivates through the power of asana and pranayama combined.
Shelby McMillian
Vinyasa Flow on Saturday, May 4 at 1:30pm
Shelby, started her Yoga journey 10+ years ago with Ashtanga Vinyasa. While still holding love and respect for traditional practice, her true passion is in a fun and creative Vinyasa flow, accompanied by a carefully curated playlist. Building heat and mobility through mindful movement, her goal is always to cultivate an approachable practice while hopefully inspiring students to explore mind-body connection through newness on their mat.
Corin Wiggins
Vinyasa Flow on Sunday, May 4 at 12pm
Corin Wiggins (they/he/she) was introduced to Yoga through intensive actor training as a teenager. Since then, a consistent Yoga practice remains vital to their artistic practice, spiritual journey, and overall well-being. They teach an active class designed to cultivate presence and spark creativity in a space where the pressures, expectations, and judgments of society can melt away.
Ross Kaine
Hatha on SAturday, May 3 at 10:30am
Susie McCullum
Vinyasa Flow on Saturday, May 3 at 9am
Jeff Haack
Hatha on Saturday, May 3 at 10:30am
Once a yoga skeptic, Jeff’s journey into yoga escalated over the years until it became an essential part of his life. His practice of mindfulness through meditation informs a gentle style of vinyasa centered on conscious movement and pursuing deeper knowledge of our bodies and minds. He believes that yoga can be a practice of letting go, allowing ourselves to open to a grander, richer experience of life.
