During this workshop students will learn the foundational elements of Namaskars, 'Salutations' often described as the word, 'Vinyasa' during a yoga class. As well as how you can become more present and solid while practicing with the focus of the eyes, 'Drishti', inspired to move from the practice of breathing, 'Pranayama, with the support of energy locks in the body, 'Bandhas' and ultimately, how these all are linked together. Be prepared to move and chat.
