Join Brenna for some gentle yoga and stretching followed by a guided Yoga Nidra practice. Enjoy relief from your everyday stresses and worries, and let yourself relax and restore fully and deeply. This practice will include very gentle Tingsha bells and singing bowls to enhance your relaxation, and will take place primarily in a very dimly lit space.
Brenna will lead you through simple breathing and visualization exercises in order to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system and reach the state between being asleep and awake.
