Join us for a Self-Practice Happy Hour Class!
Come move through your own practice with the support of teacher Rhiannon Kirby. This class is inspired by the Mysore-Style approach to practicing yoga. Students will practice at their own pace, with one-on-one guidance from the teacher as needed. As you move through your practice, Rhiannon will be there to give assistance in posture ideas should you get stuck, physical adjustments will be offered with your permission and if you are looking for support in more challenging asanas, guidance will be there. Anyone can attend this class, it's you moving for yourself in ways that feel natural and best for you with the support of a knowledgeable teacher.
Regular class rates apply. Class followed by drinks, snacks and socializing.
