Yoga is an internal practice. In order to go deeper into yoga, it is essential, at some point, that you stop, listen, and bring awareness to your more subtle layers of being.
Join Maile as we practice moving into stillness - stilling the body and stilling the mind, in order to nourish our sense of curiosity and cultivate our ability to more closely examine our inner worlds.
We will Release through somatic, embodied, mindful yoga.
We will Rest in yoga nidra.
We will Introspect through meditation and journaling prompts.
Please bring a journal/paper and pen/pencil.
